报告题目新药筛选及开发研究的思路与方法

方国伟博士简介:

方国伟博士,1987年本科毕业于南京大学生物化学专业,同年通过中美生物学交流计划项目(CUSBEA)考试赴美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校攻读博士学位,师从诺贝尔奖得主Tom Cech教授(美国科学院院士,1989年诺贝尔化学奖),在端粒酶RNA及端粒DNA功能研究方面做出了突出成绩,其创新成果发表在《Cell》等顶级细胞生物学期刊。1994年前往哈佛大学医学院博士后师从细胞生物学系主任Marc Kirschner教授(美国科学院院士),在细胞有丝分裂检验点信号转导分子机制方面做出突破性进展,其创新成果发表在《Mol Cell》、《Nature Structure》等顶级细胞生物学期刊。1999年受聘于美国斯坦福大学任助理教授,2007年被评为副教授,他领导的科研团队揭示了Aurora A激酶调控PLK1信号转导的分子机制,相关成果发表在《Science》上。2009年起在美国基因公司任研发部负责人从事新药的研发及药物机制研究。方国伟博士获得了众多科研奖项,其中包括著名的Searle ScholarBeckman青年科学家奖等。
